Owner and operator of Noble Homes / ETN Homes, based in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York.
Eric has spent more than 20 years building homes, paired with a business management education from the local community college. That combination, hands-on trade knowledge and the business side to run a company properly, is the foundation of Noble Homes.
Over the last 8+ years, that building experience grew into full project and property management: coordinating subcontractors, running schedules, and being the single point of accountability on a job from start to finish. Estate management followed naturally. Knowing a house inside and out, down to the systems most people never think about, is exactly what large properties need to stay properly maintained for the long run.
Hands-on construction and home building experience across the region, still directly involved in most projects today.
Formal training in business management from the local community college, behind the day-to-day trade experience.
Full project and property management, running builds and subcontractor teams end to end.
A natural extension of knowing houses completely: keeping large properties properly maintained, year-round, for life.
The cleanup, the details, the follow-through after the visible work is done. Hours are planned to include that, not rushed past it, because that's the difference between a property that's finished and one that's actually cared for.
